GET FAT WITH NAT - WEEK 12-13
This has been a good week! I have been able to announce my happy news to my friends and family and promote my new business venture, Get Fat with Nat. It’s a nice feeling to be able to share my knowledge and experience with all of you with the hope that I can help others in a similar position, whether that be physical, mental or through diet.
This week I was able to see my baby for the first time at the scan, being grateful that he or she is safe and well. On the other hand, it has also been quite tough as my energy levels have been low. Although, my energy levels have been low, I have made an effort to still train and continue to eat well as workouts when you’re tired can sometimes give you the better outcome at the end.
My workouts this week consisted of increasing the heart rate, releasing endorphins and ensuring I stretched safely to keep flexibility. One of my workouts is already up now on my social media, however, this is what I do for my body as I am used to training and may not be the best exercises for everyone while pregnant!
During this week, my sleeping routine and quality of sleep has been quite sporadic. One night I can get to sleep at 8 and others not until much later. I have also been experiencing crazy dreams and often light sleeping which isn’t the usual for me.
So... a bit of a rollercoaster week with probably more of those to come but I look forward to sharing with you week by week what my experiences are throughout this pregnancy.
